Oranges for a penny a piece @ Lowes Foods

Sunkist Navel oranges are on sale 2 for $1 at Lowes Foods this week.  I got 2 of them for .02 (ALL tax) thanks to a Blue Moon (Beer) coupon for $1 off the purchase of 2+ Sunkist oranges!  These coupons were IN the Lowes Foods store on a display of Blue Moon.  In NC no alcohol purchase is required to use these coupons!

GREAT deal.  The coupon says $1 off 2 or MORE- so you can't use multiple coupons per visit but still 2 oranges for 2 pennies?  Not much else you can get for a penny!

A grab it NOW deal!

Get $20 credit @ amazon.com for $10 at Living Social!  This link says you will get a $5 credit to get you started!  That means it is only $5 for $20 to amazon.com!  SWEET deal.  Grab it now before it's gone!

Food Lion Deal

SO, I don't usually shop @ Food Lion- but I LOVE Coke Zero- so there is a great deal on 12 pks @ Food Lion starting tomorrow!

Here is the deal:

Buy any 5 Coca Cola Items and Kraft Foods and save $5 instantly at check out!

Items included: 6 pk .5 L 2.99
Ritz 2.50
Planters 2.49
Oscar Mayer Beef Franks $3
12 pk Coca Cola $3

Here is my scenerio:
5 12 pks of Coke Zero= $15
minus $5 instant savings
= $10 or $2 a piece!  That is a pretty good price!

Ways to save even + free $5!

So I LOVE places that let me "stack" deals.  Grocery stores are not the only place you can "stack" deals.  Online cash back programs are great too.  Basically, you buy something online (that you were going to buy anyway) and you use a promo/coupon code on the site.  BUT you can get even more savings if you use a cash-back program.

My favorite is Ebates.  I've gotten several checks from them for my Christmas online shopping!

You start out at the Ebates site, enter in the store you want to shop at and it opens a ticket.  THEN you get the advertised % back in cash off what you spent! Some are as high as 8%!

How to sign up:  Go to ebates (click there) and sign up.  THEN whenever you are going to shop online- go there first!  You get cash back on all purchases made through there!  My last check was $12.45.  Not enough to go to Disney- but it was more than enough for my weekend drug store shopping or a splurge on Starbucks drink!

***p.s. when I tested the link above- it told me if I signed up I would get an extra $5!!!!  I already had an account- but you don't SIGN UP TODAY!  It doesn't cost anything and you could get an automatic $5!  When I signed up I got a home depot gift card so it is legit!
